Recognition Celebrates Industry-Leading Culture, Commitment to Safety, and Team Excellence
We’re proud to share: Veriha has been named a 2026 TCA Elite Fleet by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). This marks our second consecutive year earning this prestigious recognition, which was announced during the TCA’s annual convention and celebrates fleets that lead the industry in culture, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.
Earning a spot as an Elite Fleet is no small feat, and it’s only possible because of the incredible people behind the wheel and behind the scenes. From our dedicated drivers and tractor-trailer technicians to our office staff, every person at Veriha plays a vital role in making this recognition possible.
Developed in partnership with the University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute, TCA’s Elite Fleet certification honors carriers that prioritize competitive compensation, strong safety cultures, driver engagement, and innovative practices designed to enhance quality of life behind the wheel.
The certification process is thorough. Fleets undergo a comprehensive evaluation that examines critical performance indicators including safety, driver satisfaction, turnover, compensation and benefits, equipment quality, operational efficiency, and overall driver experience. To ensure credibility and transparency, the TCA surveys company drivers and independent contractors to validate what carriers submit. In other words, they don’t just take our word for it. They ask the people who matter most: our drivers.
TCA President Jim Ward commented on the program’s continued impact: “Following a successful first year, the TCA Elite Fleet program has quickly become a meaningful benchmark for excellence in our industry. The carriers recognized in 2026 have demonstrated a strong commitment to investing in their drivers and fostering environments where professionals can thrive.”
