Veriha Trucking Named in the Top 20 of 2023 "Best Fleets to Drive For®"

     Veriha Trucking is THRILLED to announce that we have been honored in the Top 20 of 2023 "Best Fleets to Drive For®" by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and CarriersEdge! This isn't our first rodeo, though. In fact, this is our third time receiving this esteemed recognition, having been recognized in both 2018 and 2022. The Top 20 list features North America's top for-hire trucking companies, known for their exceptional work environments and commitment to their truck drivers and employees.

     "Our fleet is honored to receive this award, reflecting our team's daily hard work and unwavering determination to achieve excellence." said Karen Smerchek, President of Veriha Trucking. 

     To be considered for the Best Fleets to Drive For® program, a for-hire trucking company has to operate at least ten tractor-trailers and receive a nomination from one of its drivers or owner-operators. The evaluation process involves a comprehensive scoring system that assesses mixed categories, such as compensation, health benefits, performance management, professional growth opportunities, and career advancement prospects. Additional feedback from drivers and independent contractors is also gathered through surveys.

     We look forward to the two top-performing fleets in the large and small categories being announced at TCA's Annual Convention - Truckload 2023: Orlando, taking place from March 4-7 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Centre in Kissimmee, FL. And, of course, we can't wait to see which fleets will take home the overall winner awards, sponsored by Eleos Technologies and TruckRight, which celebrate the achievements of the top fleets.
